Linda Matthews, MBA CEO

Linda Matthews joined the BioCare in 2001 and has been integral in the company’s phenomenal growth trajectory over the past 19+ years. As CEO, she has cultivated a culture that is steeped in customer and patient centricity, which includes high-touch and highly responsive customer service. She’s a proven leader who understands how to deliver results while fostering a collaborative and progressive culture.

Andrew Kirk, MBA

As BioCare’s Chief Revenue Officer, Andrew is responsible for driving revenue activities and initiatives for the BioCare brands. His role encompasses developing and executing company strategy and overseeing the sales team. Having spearheaded BioCare’s sales efforts for more than two decades, Andrew is an experienced executive with a solid track record of growth and performance. He first joined the BioCare team as an Account Manager in 1999 and has been consistently promoted to roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout his tenure, he has developed key customer relationships and hired sales teams in various markets, helping BioCare expand from a small, regional distributor to a national distributor. His solutions-oriented approach consistently leads to vital strategic partnerships and impressive growth opportunities.

Jeff Beck, BA

As Chief Development Officer at BioCare, Jeff is responsible for setting current and future strategic direction for the company’s brands, including BioCareSD, CanyonCareRx and LogiCare3PL. Additionally, Jeff leads the expansion and diversification of BioCare’s manufacturer and product portfolio. With a proven ability to build loyal relationships through value-driven selling and rapid problem identification and resolution, Jeff’s demonstrated capabilities include strategic planning, budgeting, employee development and cross-functional team collaboration. Prior to joining BioCare, Jeff served as Vice President of National Accounts a Baxalta, where he was responsible for setting strategic direction and tactical execution.

Barbara Pantazopoulos, MS
Barbara Pantazopoulos, MS Vice President of Marketing & Communications

As Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Barbara leads overall brand strategy and direction for all BioCare brands, including BioCareSD, CanyonCareRx and LogiCare3PL. Since joining the team in 2018, she has built the entire marketing infrastructure to drive the organization’s financial and business targets. Additionally, she created and launched BioCare’s first Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program. Barbara has a strong track record for driving transformational growth in globally competitive pharma spaces to maximize brand performance. She has led brands across multiple Fortune 50 pharmaceutical companies.

Shane Arledge Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis

As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Shane oversees financial planning and forecasting for the BioCare brands. His role is focused on developing and implementing financial controls and processes that increase efficiency, improve productivity and enhance change management. An accomplished and results-driven leader, Shane has a proven track record for accelerating profits and streamlining operations in start-up and global multi-billion dollar organizations. He previously served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Associa, where he directed multiple teams encompassing 45 professionals across enterprise-wide finance, accounting, treasury and tax. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Learfield IMG College, McKesson Corporation and AmerisourceBergen.


Cory serves as BioCare’s Chief Information Officer and is responsible for defining the IT strategic vision in support of business strategy, while also providing end-to-end IT support for the BioCare brands including BioCareSD, CanyonCareRx and LogiCare3PL. His focus includes driving optimal business outcomes through the use of data and analytics, enhancing customer experience and technology innovation. With extensive experience in analytics technology, Cory is a proven leader who combines technical knowledge with strategic acumen to bring about meaningful change. He has been responsible for the development, integration and implementation of numerous IT capabilities across multiple Fortune 200 healthcare companies.

Mike Collins Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Mike is responsible for overseeing BioCareSD’s sales team, sales training and development, CRM, and internal systems and processes. Throughout his 25-year career in the healthcare industry, Mike has experience working with pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and specialty pharmacy organizations. He has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, training, commercial excellence, managed care, and trade. Most recently, Mike served as an independent management consultant for BioCareSD, where he drove the buildout and refinement of multiple elements of the company’s go-to-market model.

Sean Jeffries, MBA/MHSA
Sean Jeffries, MBA/MHSA Vice President National Accounts

As Vice President of National Accounts for BioCare, Sean oversees the strategic and daily operational, financial and administrative activities for the company. He also provides cross-functional leadership to multiple departments including finance, analytics, inventory management, customer service and more. As an expert in organizational growth, sales initiatives and change management, Sean drives valued partnerships and leverages key relationships with manufacturers, GPO partners and customers to support revenue targets and growth initiatives. Sean has been a member of the BioCare team for about 10 years.

Scott Steinman, MBA

As Chief Financial Officer, Scott oversees the financial and fiduciary responsibility encompassing BioCare. He creates a valued service orientation, builds stakeholder confidence, develops organizational acumen and drives strategic direction – all resulting in measurable material performance outcomes. A results-oriented financial and operations professional, Scott is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving exponential business growth, improving operating leverage and discovering new paths. He previously served in financial and operational leadership positions across multiple industries, where he focused on financial structure, growth orientation, stakeholder relations and building organizational talent to drive market leading strategic and organic growth results.

Pam Wiltz, BS

Pam Wiltz is responsible the strategy and successful execution of sales plan to expand the alternate site market. Pam has more than 20 years of sales and management experience. She joined BioCare in 2005 as an account manager, moving to sales leadership roles of increasing responsibility. She has consistently exceeded target sales goals throughout her career, and is known for developing and leading strong teams.
