As the Director of Sales for Acute Care, Randy Morgan came to BioCare over 5 years ago with a 20-year track record of proven sales results. Over the course of his career, he has consistently built year-over-year growth in all types of market conditions and delivered multimillion-dollar sales gains to the companies he serves. He has been recognized with multiple leadership awards, including Area Manager of the Year and Region of the Year.

Debbie Blanchard, BS HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Debbie Blanchard is the Human Resource Manager for BioCare.   She brings over 15 years of progressive HR experience and is responsible for leading the human resources group, with a focus on engaging high-performing employees and amplifying the culture across the BioCare companies.  She is the key advisor to the leadership team for all HR related matters.

Peggy Yena VICE PRESIDENT OF QUALITY

As Vice President of Quality for BioCare, Peggy oversees quality management, change management and compliance. She is responsible for leading and executing the company’s quality strategy and goals to best serve BioCare’s customers. In addition, she evaluates compliance and quality metrics to determine the need for corrective actions and drive continuous improvements. Since joining the BioCare team, she has been a critical player behind strategic compliance objectives. In her previous role, Peggy served as the Vice President of IT Compliance, Quality Assurance and Data Management at Caris Life Sciences, where she represented IT in all regulatory agency audits and is credited with a transformation that led to CAP accreditation and a 275% lift in revenue. She has extensive experience in Quality & Compliance, Change Management, Audits (CAP, FDA, CLIA, NABP, State Board of Pharmacy, DDA, Supply Chain) and a thorough understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) administration. A trusted advisor, Peggy has a long history of building strong cross functional relationships, leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering creativity and collaboration.
